Shipping
We normally ship UPS for Ground orders and for 3rd Day for express orders.
  • Orders received before 11AM PST are usually shipped the same day for selected items.
  • All orders received after that will usually be processed the following day.
  • The shipping department is open Monday-Friday 9:00AM- 4:00PM.
  • The shipping department is closed on weekends and holidays.
  • Orders placed on the weekend will usually be shipped on the next business day, some exceptions may apply for select items. Some items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer take longer for processing.

    Shipping charges will be added to all invoices reflecting the manner of shipping requested. Items that require delivery within three days are usually shipped UPS 3rd Day. Air Shipping methods are more costly than UPS Ground. Both FED EX and UPS charge by the dimentional weight of the box for AIR shipments. Keep this in mind when you make your shipping choices.     Due to extremely high costs of shipping, we do not ship outside of the U.S. and Canada.
    Items being sent to Canada add additional shipping costs, and customs charges and they will take longer to arrive than items shipped within the United States.

    Orders shipping UPS Ground may take 1-2 days to process and 4-7 days to receive. Special orders will take longer to process.

    If you need something sent to a College Dorm or Hospital, please call us at 800-632-1952 as we often need more information to insure that your package will make it to it's destination.

    If you have delivery time questions you can go to www.ups.com calculate what the shipping time will be.

    We usually ship from zip code 93433 in Grover Beach, California. The exception would be for items that drop ship directly from the manufacturer.

    NOTE: The exceptions are for the Water Fountains, and Life Size Displays. Please read their shipping info.

    Extreme Weather Conditions, and Heavy Holiday shipping volume can delay shipping times with both FED EX and UPS and the United States Post Office.
